Initiate Your Return
Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to send back.
Prepare Your Package
Carefully pack your items in their original packaging to ensure they are protected during transit, and include the provided packing slip.
Attach Shipping Label
Print the prepaid return shipping label from our portal and securely affix it to the outside of your box, covering any previous labels.
Drop Off and Track
Hand your package to the designated carrier and keep your tracking number; once received at our warehouse, your refund will be processed within 5-7 business days.
